Holiday Fun!

There was nothing but love at Ms. Irslinger's Family Breakfast last week in K103. Kids and their families worked on gingerbread houses cleverly wrapped around milk cartons, and decorated with jellybeans, chocolate kisses and sprinkles.

Each child read with a member of their family from a book that they had all compiled of information about their families, along with a family photo and a drawing. The most common answer to "what makes your family unique?" was "Because we love each other". The children then belted out an enthusiastic rendition of Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer and Jingle Bells. The event ended with parents reading stories aloud on the rug to their sticky and satisfied children.
