This year's Potluck Dinner will be held on Tuesday, December 16th, following the PTA General Meeting. The dinner will begin at approximately 6:15-6:30. All PS 8 students, parents and staff are welcome to attend. Please bring your favorite recipe for an appetizer, entree or dessert; this is the best time to share your family's favorite dish with the rest of the PS 8 community!

Be sure to sign up with an indication of what kind of dish you will be bringing -- look for the sign-up sheets in the Parents Room or next to the side entrance.The best way to bring hot dishes is in a 3 or 6 quart disposable pan; those type of pans fit best in the chafing dishes we use to serve.
In order for the dinner to run smoothly, we need lots of volunteers -- that means you! We can use help for setting-up, serving, and clean-up. Check the Parents Room or near the side entrance for sign-up sheets.
This event not a fundraising event, rather it is a time for the PS 8 community to come together for great food and fun; a chance for all the parents, students and staff to spend an evening together. So get out your cookbooks or your favorite family recipe and we'll see you there!
